Bill Lupien, pivotal leader of Instinet, the first ECN, and Dr. Terry Rickard, who together with Lupien co-founded OptiMark, a leading provider of matching, negotiation and exchange technology, will bring their vast expertise to guide Skyler’s increased focus and solution development for the financial services industry. Through his decision to join the company, Bill Lupien shows his endorsement of the Skyler C3 Database as the leading solution in the rapidly growing market for real-time databases.
