Responsibilities: As the Sr. QA and Customer Support Engineer your core responsibilities will be the following: Design, document, execute and maintain test plans for complex product functionality, participate in requirements review and technical design reviews and coordinate testing efforts with project managers, developers and end users. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Range of desired professional experience • 5+ years of experience in a hands-on QA Engineer position and a solid understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
