Mike Vieyra

Mr. Vieyra is an entrepreneur and veteran of the financial services industry. He is currently the CEO of  Howler. Mr. Vieyra is the former CEO of Gissing Software Ltd. which he sold to Thompson Reuters in January 2008. In addition, Mr. Vieyra is the former chairman iView Multimedia Ltd, and the former chairman Commerce Decisions Ltd. Mr. Vieyra received his BSc (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College, University of London and began his career as a software engineer.

Terry Rickard, Ph.D.
Director

Dr. Rickard retired in 2008 as a Senior Fellow at Lockheed Martin Corporation and is the former President and Chief Scientific Officer at OptiMark Technologies, Inc. Dr. Rickard has 34 years of experience in technology and financial organizations and holds a number of patents related to trading technology.

Ted Jenkins
Director

Mr. Jenkins was employee number 22 at Intel and retired after 30 years of service in various technical and management positions. In his last position Mr. Jenkins was an Intel Vice President and Director of IP Licensing. Mr. Jenkins holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Caltech.

Terry Brookshire
Director

After twelve years in the brokerage industry, Terry Brookshire began a career as an options market-maker on the Pacific Stock Exchange where he formed Group One Ltd. Terry served on the board of the Pacific Exchange for over nine years and was vice-chairman, overseeing the creation of industry leading trading transaction systems and guiding the exchange growth from 5% to 18% market share. Terry received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.
